【摘要】 目的探讨16层螺旋CT多平面重建对眼眶爆裂性骨折的诊断价值.方法对389例眼眶爆裂性骨折病例进行16层螺旋CT轴位扫描并与多平面重建成像结果进行对比分析.结果轴位图像漏诊眶底壁骨折23例,冠状位图像未见漏诊病例;矢状位图像显示眼眶底壁骨折及其移位情况83例.结论轴位图像能显示眼眶内、外壁骨折,冠状位图像能显示眼眶四壁骨折,矢状位图像能显示眼眶底壁骨折及其移位情况,多平面重建能在一次轴位扫描后获得冠状及矢状位图像,可弥补轴位图像对眶底壁显示的不足,对眼眶爆裂性骨折的诊断具有重要价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of 16-slice spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction in diagnosis of orbital blowout fracture.Method 389 patients with orbital blowout fracture were given axial scan and multiplanar reconstruction(MPR) by 16-slice spiral CT,and the axial scan MPR results were compared.Results 23 cases of the fracture of lower orbital wall were misdiagnosed from axial imaging.There is no misdiagnosis case from coronal imaging.The fracture of lower orbital wall and bone fracture shifting were displayed among 83 cases by sagittal imaging.Conclusions The axial imaging can display fracture of medial and outside orbital wall.The coronal imaging can display fracture of eye socket four walls.The sagittal imaging can display the fracture of lower orbital wall and bone fracture shifting.MPR can show the coronal and sagittal images underwent one time of axial scan.This would be able to make up the weakness of the axial scanning on displaying the fracture of lower orbital wall.It is also valuable to diagnose orbital blowout fracture.更多还原
