基于.NET的课题申报评审系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 针对课题申报评审系统业务需求特点,在ASP.NET三层构架下提出了该系统的总体设计、业务流程,并给出了各层的具体实现方法,该系统具有一定的实用性。

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of evaluating system for projects application,the paper proposed an overall design,business process and the implementation methods of ASP.NET three-tier framework.The system has some practicability.
