【Abstract】 As the important role of knowledge economy,value creation mechanism and mode’s innovation of Hi-tech enterprise can help to realize the value maximization goal.Through the literature review about driving factors of value creation,value creation mode and enterprise evaluation,this paper builds theoretical framework regarding the value creation model and evaluation system.Then the paper explores the innovation path of enterprise value creation mode based on social responsibility,and puts forward the evaluation system embedded by social responsibility.更多还原
