【摘要】 分析研究型大学人才队伍的现状有利于推动研究型大学人才队伍的建设。通过对国内"985工程"一期29所教育部直属高校人才队伍发展现状的统计及相互比较,并与国外知名研究型大学进行对比,分析我国研究型大学在学历结构、学缘结构、职称结构及高层次人才结构4个方面存在的问题,提出相应的优化策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 An analysis of the current situation of high-level talents in Research-oriented Universities will promote the developments of personnel managements.Via the statistics and comparison of the development situation of talents from 29 universities directly under the Ministry of Education at the first phase of "985 project" in China,this thesis explores the problems existing in educational background structure,professional title structure,university-oriented structure and high-level talents structure,by counting and comparing the information of talent teams in Research-oriented Universities at home and abroad.Also,this thesis tries to put forward some optimization strategies.更多还原
