【Abstract】 Along with the change of the competition environment and thedesalination of the industrial boundaries, the Integration of Industry and Finance is becoming an important choise for companies who need to obtain competitive advantage. With a breakthrough in classical economic theory in the field of The Motivation of the Integration of Industry and Finance study, this paper analysis the inner logic and the operation mechanism from three aspects, they are resource extraction, abilities integration and competition path lock-in.
