AHP方法在高校中层干部绩效评价中的应用
The Application of AHP Method in Performances of College Middle-Level Cadres
【摘要】 在高校人事制度特别是用人机制的转型过程中,为推动高校管理人员绩效评价制度的普遍展开和带动教师聘任制改革的深化乃至高校用人机制的整体转轨,率先在中层领导职务中实施绩效评价是有重要意义的。本文探讨建立了高校中层干部绩效评价的原则性指标体系,并通过实例介绍了层次分析法(AHP)在高校中层干部绩效评价中的应用,以期对高校中层干部的绩效评价起到一定的借鉴作用。
【Abstract】 At present,in university personnel system and especially the transformation process of employment mechanism,first implemented in the performance evaluation of the middle level leadership positions has a great effect on promoting the universal start of the university management staff performance evaluation system and the deepening of reform for employment mechanism and the overall transition employment mechanism.To this end,this paper first establishes the evaluation index system of mid-level cadres’ performances,and then applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) into the performance evaluation of mid-level cadres.This paper introduced the application process in detail through examples and focus on the analysis and application of results,with a view to play a reference role on evaluation of college middle level cadres.
