【Abstract】 In the management of fitness club,the analysis on existing customer’s loss situation possesses strategic significance on improving the competitiveness of the club.Based on analyzing the fuzziness of customers’ characteristics,this paper puts forward a suggestion of applying the optimized fuzzy decision-tree into customer loss crisis analysis of the fitness club,which will be a new thinking and analysis method for the research on fitness club’s customers keeping.更多还原
