【Abstract】 This paper expounds the definition of vocational exhaustion,analyzes the forms and causes of university librarians’ vocational exhaustion,probes into the functions of library leaders of higher vocational colleges in psychological adjustment process of librarians’ vocational exhaustion,and puts forward some strategies for dealing with librarians’ vocational exhaustion.更多还原
