【Abstract】 With the new requirements of market economy,the idea that financial management is the center of the management of enterprises is questioned from a new perspective in this paper.It also points out that strategic financial management,production strategies and marketing strategies are jointly supporting the implementation and adjustment of enterprise business strategy.Measures on the improvement of enterprise financial management are discussed from the four areas in this essay.更多还原
