【摘要】 分析了江苏省高等学校R&D投入的地域分布特征以及资源趋势。运用数据包络分析方法对江苏省高等学校投入产出效率进行了技术效率、规模效率和综合效率的评价。结果表明:江苏省R&D投入很不平衡,苏南大部分高校几乎都是规模递减,苏中和苏北的高校几乎都是规模递增的。在此基础上指出苏南高校在现有投入规模下,充分发挥现有资源,以求产出的最大化;苏中和苏北高校不仅要加大投入力度,同时,还要加强现有投入资源的管理,以增加产出效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper first analyzes the geographical distribution and resource trends of R & D of universities and institutes in Jiangsu province.Then using the data envelopment analysis,the input and output efficiencies of universities and institutes in Jiangsu are evaluated including technical efficiency,scale efficiency and overall efficiency.The results show that R & D input efficiency is very uneven: most universities and institutes in South Jiangsu have a decreasing scale;universities and institutes in Middle and North of Jiangsu have an increasing scale.On this basis,the universities and institutes of South Jiangsu should give full play of its existing resources in order to maximize output.At the same time,the universities and institutes in Middle and North of Jiangsu should not only increase investment but also strengthen existing R & D resource management.更多还原
