【摘要】 企业技术能力的不断提升是企业实现持续创新乃至跨越式发展的重要途径,是企业获取持续竞争优势的关键。从分析企业技术能力系统的构成及其耦合性关系入手,揭示了其内在耦合机理,构建了耦合度模型,以此对我国企业技术能力的提升提供有益的借鉴。研究结果表明,提升企业技术能力,不仅需要改善企业的技术获取能力、消化能力和创新能力,更重要的是强化这三者间的耦合协同程度,适当调整它们在技术能力演进过程中的贡献率以实现系统最优耦合。更多还原

【Abstract】 The continuing upgrading of corporate technological capability is an important way to achieve sustainable innovation as well as leapfrog development for enterprises,and a decisive factor for enterprises to obtain continuing competitiveness.Based on the analysis of structure and coupling relationship of enterprise technological capability,this article reveals inherent coupling mechanism of enterprise technological capability,and constructs coupling degree model of enterprise technological capability.It provides a useful reference for the continuing upgrading of corporate technological capability.The research results show that to improve technological capability of enterprise requires not only the improvement of technological acquisition capability,digestion capability and innovation capability,but also the strengthening of coupling synergism degree among them in order to achieve optimum coupling by appropriately adjusting their contribution rate in the evolutionary process of technological capability.更多还原
