高层次高技术人才自主创新团队建设研究
Research on the Construction of Indigenous Innovation Team of High-level and High-technical Talents
【摘要】 阐述了高层次高技术人才的界定,分析了高层次高技术人才的特征和创新团队中的构成要素与角色分工,在此基础上提出了高层次高技术人才自主创新团队建设方案。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the definition of high-level and high-technical talents and analyzes its features.Then it studies the labor division of high-level and high-technical talents in indigenous innovation team.And at last it puts forward a high-level and high-technical talents team-building program.
