【摘要】 用Arena输入分析模块对记录所得数据进行分析处理,将结果用到仿真模型并实施运行,结合仿真运行结果及公司特点提出了作业时间优化方案。对比采取优化措施前后的仿真模型运行结果可以发现,工作人员的时间利用率提高11.37%,等待办理业务顾客的等待时间下降60.49%,提货顾客数、发货成功顾客数、发货不成功顾客数没有明显变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The data obtained from records was analyzed with the input analyzer of Arena.The result was used into the simulation model and its operation.Working time optimization was brought forward combined with operation results and the company particulars.After comparing the optimized simulation model with the original one,we found that staff time utilization increased by 11.37fercent,and the waiting time for customers decreased by 60.49 percent.However,there were no significant changes in the number of customers who pick up the goods,the number of successful delivery customer,and the number of unsuccessful delivery customer.更多还原
