国内科技研发后补助制的实施与对策研究
Study on Operation and Suggestion of Post Allowance for Science and Technology Research in China
【摘要】 通过科技研发后补助制与其它资助方式的比较,分析后补助制的特点、优势和局限性,并在分析国内后补助制实践情况的基础上,提出完善科技研发后补助制实施的对策建议。
【Abstract】 This paper aims to analyze the characteristics,superiority and limitation of the new mode by comparing it with others.Then on the basis of analysis on the practice of post allowance operation in China,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving management of post allowance.
