高技能人才生态失衡及其对策
Research on the Ecological Imbalance and Countermeasures of the High-skilled Talent
【摘要】 从生态学的视角研究高技能人才失衡问题,剖析高技能人才的组成结构失衡、高技能人才教育体系结构失衡、高技能人才区域性分布失衡,并提出相应的对策。
【Abstract】 The paper studies on the imbalance of the high-skilled talent based on the perspective of ecology,structural imbalance,education system imbalance and regional imbalance,and suggests appropriate countermeasures.
