【Abstract】 According to several opinions on service outsourcing talent cultivating of Education Ministry and Commerce Ministry,combined with the service outsourcing talent cultivation experiment of our school of the nation-level and Beijing municipal,this paper deeply studies the service outsourcing talents training mode and innovative ways.It constructs the talents training mode of BPO service outsourcing and discusses related issues about teaching system by setting up an experimental class base on original professional.更多还原
