【Abstract】 Based on the characters of defense universities,the definition,constituent and its structure of the science and technology innovation capabilities of defense universities is given.The evaluation index system is proposed.According to the statistics data of the seven universities belonged to COSTIND from the Ministry of Education and the information published in network,a systematic evaluation and analysis on the science and technology innovation capabilities of defense universities is designed.Factor analysis is applied to extract and examine the constituent and its structure of the science and technology innovation capabilities of defense universities.更多还原
