【摘要】 利用在吐鲁番二县一市的葡萄集群企业发展影响因子问卷调查得到的数据,采用层次分析法(简称AHP方法)对集群企业发展的影响因子进行了实证分析,建立了多层次的因子综合评价指标体系,构建了覆盖4个方面9个层次包含30个具体因子的产业集群影响因子评价量表。实证结果表明:吐鲁番葡萄产业集群影响因子是市场状况因素>政府调控因素>集群企业因素>社会环境因素。该项结果以期为当地各级政府制定更加有效的促进集群企业发展的政策提供支撑和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the survey data from questionnaire of impact factors from the grape cluster enterprises in two counties and one city,the paper has a practical analysis on the development impact factors by Analytical Hierarchy Process(abbreviated AHP) method,it sets up a multi-level factor comprehensive evaluation index system.The rating scale is constructed,which has four aspects of the coverage level and 9 layers containing 30 specific factors of industrial clusters impact factor.Empirical results show that: Turpan grape industry cluster impact factor market conditions are factors> in the regulation of the factors> cluster enterprises factors> social environmental factors.The results are supposed to provide support and reference for the local governments at all levels to promote the development of more effective policies for enterprise development clusters.更多还原
