【Abstract】 Diary industry has the features of long industrial chain,wide industrial interrelation and so on.Through analyzing the basic situation of dairy industry development,compared with the developed countries,the paper puts forward that the technology gap of China’s diary industry is mainly embodied in breeding dairy cattle.And industry policy plays an important role in technology catching-up.This paper discusses the role and impact of the planning of dairy industry,laws and regulations,science and technology programs,and industry standards on the dairy development.The paper also makes policy recommendations to the technology catching-up of diary industry.更多还原
