【摘要】 在高校教师队伍结构中,学缘结构是影响高校教师队伍建设的重要因素。当前我国高校专任教师中"近亲繁殖"现象较为突出,学缘结构不合理情况普遍存在,阻碍了高校学术的发展和教学研究水平的提高。本文拟从分析当前高校教师队伍学缘结构现状入手,通过和欧美高校之比较,提出改善我国高校教师队伍学缘结构的建议和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the structure of university teachers’team, the learning edge structure is an important factor on affecting the construction of university teachers’ team. "Inbreeding" phenomenon is more prominent in the current full-time teachers in our colleges and universities, the condition of learning edge structure irrationality is widespread, and it hindered the development of academic and university teaching and research levels. This paper analyzes the current university teachers’ team from the edge of the structure, compare with European and American universities, and give proposals and measures to improve the leaning edge structure.更多还原
