【摘要】 近年来高等教育规模不断扩大,毕业生数量呈逐年上升趋势,且毕业生就业制度发生根本性变化,以及随之而来的大学生就业问题的逐渐显现,引发的大学生就业难的问题成为当前高校和社会面临的主要问题。本文针对这一现象从社会的需求和观念的改变、学校培养模式和专业建设的不足、学生自身就业观念的不成熟的角度分析了引起大学生就业难问题的原因,提出解决办法,进而为普通高校提出一些具有指导性的理论和可行性的方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Expanding higher education in recent years,the number of graduates increased year by year,and graduate employment system has undergone fundamental changes,and the consequent employment of college students gradually led to the difficult problem of employment of university graduates and a current university the main problem facing the community.This paper according to this phenomenon,from the social needs and changing perceptions of school culture model and the lack of professional development,student self-concept of employment of the immature point of view of cause the reasons for the problem of employment of university students,and thus offer some guiding theory and feasibility of the program for the general colleges and universities.更多还原
