【摘要】 独立院校软件人才培养面临许多发展瓶颈,其中学校培养的学生如何与企业无缝对接是最核心的问题。与软件企业的合作成为解决这个核心问题的关键,但如何创新和优化合作模式,真正调动企业与学校合作的积极性,充分发挥和整合各方资源达到互利共赢的目标,是目前校企合作值得深入探索和研究的课题。本文以武汉理工大学华夏学院为例,介绍了软件人才校企合作的做法,总结出软件人才校企合作的模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Independent Colleges and Training is faced with many software development bottleneck,in which schools and corporate training professionals how seamless is the crux of the problem.Therefore,cooperation with software companies to become the key to solving this core problem,but how to innovate and optimize the cooperation model,the real co-operation between enterprises and schools to mobilize the enthusiasm,give full play and the integration of all resources to achieve mutually beneficial goals,is the school and enterprise cooperation worthy of further exploration and study.In this paper,an example of Wuhan University huaxia college,introduce the status of my college-enterprise cooperation,focusing on business cooperation with software,personnel training of software processes and practices,summed up the innovative school-enterprise cooperation mode.更多还原
