【Abstract】 Highly digitization has become an important feature of today’s society,the rapid digitization wave is hitting the community in various fields.With the progress of our national economy and high-speed development of the information society,the demand and requirements to informatization talents are becoming higher,therefore,the training of informatization talents is particularly important.This paper describes the meaning of informatization talents and their hierarchy of needs,analysis the necessity for them under the digital environment,sums up the methods of how to train informatization talents and discusses the protection mechanisms about the training of informatization talents.更多还原
