【摘要】 目的总结急性肾盂肾炎合并肾脓肿的诊断和治疗经验。方法结合文献回顾性分析急性肾盂肾炎合并肾脓肿14例患者的临床资料,均诊断明确,治疗及时。结果 14例急性细菌性肾盂肾炎患者经抗生素治疗痊愈。结论急性肾盂肾炎合并肾脓肿应与单一的急性肾盂肾炎和伴有发热或坏死液化肾癌相鉴别,糖尿病、免疫功能低下、肾输尿管返流或引流不畅的患者为发生此病的高危因素,早期诊断、及时治疗是治愈此病的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To review the diagnostic and therapeutic experience of acute pyelonephritis complicated with abscess of kidney.Methods Fourteen cases of acute pyelonephritis with abscess of kidney(bacterial nephritis) were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the 14 cases were cured after antibiotic therapy.Conclusions Acute pyelonephritis complicated with abscess of kidney must be differentiated from simple acute pyelonephritis and renal cell carcinoma.The risk factors of this disease include diabetes,immunocompromised status,ureter-renal reflux and inadequate drainage.Early diagnosis and timely treatment is the key to the cure of this condition.更多还原
