【摘要】 目的:用HPLC法测定开封7种菊花中绿原酸的含量,并与怀菊花中的绿原酸含量进行比较,研究开封菊花的药用价值。方法:测定条件为磷酸二氢钠缓冲溶液-甲醇(80∶20)pH 2.5;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:328 nm。结果:所测的7种菊花中有3种(大黄菊、黄悬崖、紫菊)菊花中绿原酸的含量高于怀菊花,色谱图较好,精密度RSD=1.11%,重复性实验RSD=1.53%,样品回收率为93.89%,RSD=1.35%。结论:开封菊花小菊系中有若干品种如黄悬崖、大黄菊、小紫菊中的绿原酸含量高于怀菊。开封菊花,尤其是小菊系中有若干品种具有一定的药用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine chlorogenic acid contents of 7 kinds of Kaifeng Chrysanthemum by HPLC,and to compare the chlorogenic acid contents between Kaifeng and Huai Chrysanthemums and to study the medicinal value of the Kaifeng Chrysanthemum.Methods:The determination conditions are as follows: sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution-methanol(80∶20) pH 2.5,flow rate: 1.0 mL/min,column temperature: 30 ℃,detection wavelength:328 nm.Results:The chlorogenic acid contents in 3 kinds of Chrysanthemums(large yellow,yellow cliff and purple Chrysanthemum) were higher than those of Huai Chrysanthemum in 7 kinds of Chrysanthemum measured,chromatograms were better with precision RSD=1.11%,repeated experiment RSD=1.53%,the average recovery was 93.89%,RSD=1.35%.Conclusion:The chlorogenic acid contents of Kaifeng Chrysanthemums in small line have several varieties,such as yellow cliff,large Huang,a small purple daisy,are higher than those of Huai Chrysanthemum.Several varieties of Kaifeng Chrysanthemum,especially small line,have certain medicinal application value.更多还原
