开封市不同地点水源中氟的含量测定

【摘要】 为了测定开封市不同地点水源中氟的分布,采用氟离子选择电极作指示电极的直接电位法对7个地点水源中的氟进行了测定。该测定所建立的回归方程为E=-54.45pF-160.8,r=0.9991,线性范围0.4~2mg.L-1。平均回收率为100.8%,RSD=2.58%。开封市不同地点水源中氟的含量在0.5875~2.2744mg.L-1之间。

【Abstract】 To determine distribution of fluoride content in water located in different places of Kaifeng,direct potential method with Fluoride ion selective electrode was used to determine the Fluoride in water located in nine places.The regression equation of potential E related to pF was E=-54.45pF-160.8,r=0.9991,the linear range was 0.4~2mg·L-1.The average recovery was 100.8%.Relative standard deviation was 2.58%.The range of fluoride content in water located in nine different places of Kaifeng was between 0.5875 mg·L-1 and 2.2744 mg· L-1.
