【Abstract】 For a long time in the filed of the individual accounts’ property rights of Chinese pension system there exist the problems such as the vague definition of the property rights,the unclear rights and obligations among the property owners,and the externalities of ambiguous property rights.This Paper,based on the Modern Property Rights Theory,through analyzing the nature and specific features of the present individual account system,suggest that the constructive measures like clearly defining the individual accounts’ property rights,establishing property rights protection laws,and replenishing the present individual accounts should be taken immediately.更多还原
