【Abstract】 Predator is the important factor to influence the termite populations in nature,and therefore termites have evolved many mechanisms for defensing the predator in the long process of evolution.This paper reviewed the defense mechanisms of termite against predators,including the defenses of termite nests,defenses of soldiers,defenses of workers,and alarm-defense mechanisms of termites.At the same time,this paper discussed how to utilize the knowledge on termite defense mechanisms to sustainably control the termite infestation to economy and life of human.更多还原
