初始密度对广聚萤叶甲种群扩张的影响

【摘要】 本文通过在半自然下探讨不同初始成虫密度对广聚萤叶甲Ophraella communa种群扩增的影响。结果表明:初始密度对该叶甲种群发展和扩张影响显著。高初始密度(20对)处理的种群数量上升迅速,在短期内可迅速达到较高的水平;中等密度(5~10对)处理的种群增长速度较平缓,但在30d内亦可获得较高的种群数量;低密度(3对)处理的种群增长缓慢,在较长时间内亦无法达到理想的种群数量。根据试验结果,推荐大棚规模化饲养的起始成虫密度应为0.4~0.7头/株,以确保30d内获得较高的种群数量。

【Abstract】 The effect of different initial densities on the population expansion of Ophraella communa beetles under a half-natural condition was studied in this article.The results indicated that the development and expansion of O.communa population were affected by initial densities.The population of the beetle was rapidly increased and reached a higher level in a short period under the high-initial density(20 pairs /plot).The increasing population of the beetle was slower under the mid-initial density(5-10 pairs /plot)than under the high-initial density,but a higher population level was also observed within 30 days.The beetle’s population was increased slowly and did not reach an optimum level in a long time under the low initial density(3 pairs/plot).Based on the results of this experiment,we suggest that the optimum initial density range of the beetle adults is 0.4-0.7 adults /plant when mass rearing is conducted in greenhouse,which can obtain a higher population level in 30 days.
