【摘要】 目的观察体针、电针配合足底穴位注射治疗顽固性失眠的疗效。方法对856例顽固性失眠患者采用体针、电针配合足底穴位注射治疗。体针主要取神门、太冲、足三里、阴陵泉、三阴交、太渊、少府、太溪等穴。电针主要取安眠1、安眠2、安眠3、翳风穴。穴位注射取足跟中点部位敏感点。结果 856例中治愈722例(84.3%),显效123例(14.4%),好转58例(6.8%),总有效率为100.0%。结论体针、电针配合足底穴位注射治疗顽固性失眠具有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of body acupuncture and electric acupuncture combined with injection of plantar acupoints on stubborn insomnia.Methods The patients(n=856) with stubborn insomnia were given body acupuncture and electric acupuncture combined with injection of plantar acupoints.The acupoints of Shenmen(HT7),Taichong(GB9),Zusanli(ST36),Yinlinquan(SP9),Taiyuan(LU9),Shaofu(HT8),Taixi(K13) and so on were chosen in body acupuncture,and the aupoints of Anmina 1,Anmian 2,Anmian 3 and Yifeng(TE17) were chosen in electric acupuncture.The sensitive points on the midpoint of the heel were chosen in the injection of plantar acupoints.Results Of 856 cases there were 722 cases(84.3%) cured,123 with obvious effect(14.4%),and 58(6.8%) relieved.The total effective rate was 100.0%.Conclusion The therapy of body acupuncture and electric acupuncture combined with injection of plantar acupoints has a good curative effect on stubborn insomnia.更多还原
