完善工程质量监管制度 全面提高工程质量水平
On improvement of engineering supervision system in projects and enhancement of engineering quality
【摘要】 全面分析了当前形势下工程质量监管工作存在的问题,同时系统地从工程质量监管体系、制度、法律法规等方面提出了解决思路和方法,强调了加强工程质量监管意义重大,从而促进工程质量水平全面提高。
【Abstract】 The paper fully analyzes the problems in the quality supervision in current situation,points out the important significance for improving the engineering quality supervision and management from the system and the lawful regulations for the engineering quality supervision and management,so as to enhance the full promotion of the engineering quality.
