夏热冬冷地区新农村住宅用能调查及能耗模拟

【摘要】 本文基于夏热冬冷地区新农村住宅用能调查,统计分析了新农村住宅的基本围护结构及功能分区等信息,了解住户主观热舒适评价,调查家庭能耗设备的拥有量及使用情况,并在此基础上选取典型夏热冬冷地区新农村住宅进行能耗模拟,得到住宅基本能耗及能耗结构特点。结果表明,住户对农宅的通风、采光评价较高,而保暖、遮阳评价较低;随着新农村家电设备的普及,尤其是空调的添置,虽然全年空调使用时间较短,但供暖和制冷能耗占到住宅总能耗的44.3%,对于整个住宅能耗结构具有重要影响。

【Abstract】 Based on the survey of energy consumption for new rural residential buildings in hot-summer and cold-winter area,the information of building envelop performance,function zoning of the house,and household subjective evaluation of thermal comfort were investigated.Most respondents had a positive evaluation for the performance of ventilation and lighting for their houses,however,negative evaluation for the performance of thermal resistant and shading.A typical model of new rural residential buildings in hot-summer and cold-winter cold area was established based on the results of the survey.The simulation showed that the energy consumption for air conditioning accounts for 44.3% of the total energy consumption and is the highest profile.
