双层中空玻璃镀(贴)膜遮阳效果的理论和实验研究
Study on the Shading Effect of Coating for the Double Glass
【摘要】 从光学能量平衡角度出发,对玻璃系统进行了理论分析,给出玻璃系统传热系数和遮阳系数的理论推导公式。通过理论分析和实验研究得到玻璃系统的镀(贴)膜位置和热工参数之间的关系。通过研究可知,对同一种膜而言,贴于玻璃系统的不同位置,会使得该面反射比和发射率产生变化,从而影响遮阳系数和传热系数的大小。对遮阳系数而言,越靠近室外侧面的反射比越大,遮阳系数越小;不同种类的膜,还要考虑太阳光直接透射比的影响,综合两者来判断遮阳效果的好坏。对传热系数而言,越靠近室内侧面的发射率越小,传热系数越小。同时通过研究发现贴膜对可见光透射比的影响很小。
【Abstract】 The theoretical analysis was made for the glass system based on the optic energy balance.The rule of the shading coefficient and the heat transfer coefficient for the glass system was obtained.The relationship of the coating position and the thermal parameter was got by both analysis and test.By the study,since the different coating positions affect the reflectance and the emissivity for the same film,the shading coefficient and the heat transfer coefficient are likely to change.For the shading coefficient,the greater outboard reflectance results in the smaller shading coefficient.The affection of the solar transmission should be considered for the different films,the shading effect should be judged by the reflectance and the transmission.For the heat transfer coefficient,the smaller inboard emissivity results in the smaller heat transfer coefficient.The affection of the visible light transmission is little for the coating by the study.
