综合法统一曲线在广西地区适用性的研究

【摘要】 通过两种不同骨料品种及两种不同拌和方式的混凝土的标准试件的试验数据,对综合法全国统一曲线在广西地区的适用性进行了分析研究,结果发现,全国《超声回弹综合法检测混凝土强度技术规程》(CECS02:2005)(简称"综合法"规程)的统一测强曲线(公式)在广西地区应用的误差较大,远远超出了规程规定的误差限值15%,其中,当混凝土强度小于20MPa时,统一曲线的计算值偏大,而当混凝土强度大于20MPa时,统一曲线的计算值偏小。因此,全国规程(CECS02:2005)中的统一测强曲线不适用于广西地区,需另外建立计算曲线,同样在其他地区,也需要进行曲线误差验证,当误差满足规程要求时,可以使用统一曲线进行混凝土强度的评定,否则,必须另行制定地方曲线,以免对混凝土抗压强度出现误判。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the applicability of national homaloidal curves of the ultrasonic-rebound combined method in Guangxi region by the test data of the standard test block of concrete of two different kinds of stone aggregate and two different mixing methods.The results show that there are some larger errors in the application of national homaloidal strength curves of the technical specification for detecting strength of concrete by ultrasonic-rebound combined method(CECS02: 2005),which is considerably beyond the error limits of 15%.When the concrete strength is less than 20MPa,the calculation of homaloidal curves is larger.On the contrary,it is towards smaller than the true strength of concrete.Consequently,this paper suggests calculating curves in another way because the strength curves of the technical specification for detecting strength of concrete by ultrasonic-rebound combined method(CECS02: 2005) don’t fit in Guangxi region.That is to say,when the error meet the requirement of the technical specification,the concrete strength curve can be used to evaluate the strength of concrete.Otherwise,the local curve must be developed so as to avoid the misjudgment of the compressive strength of concrete.
