颗粒物计数法用于砂滤池运行管理的适用性探讨

【摘要】 以上海A水厂两种不同的原水开展生产性试验,对比研究了颗粒物计数法用于过滤环节运行管理的水质适用性。结果表明,颗粒物计数法适用于有机质含量较低、原水过滤性能好的过滤环节的运行管理;对于有机质含量较高、颗粒物过滤性能差的原水,过滤前后的颗粒物数量波动大,难以准确反映滤池的运行状况,如果缺乏有效的预氧化环节,不宜将颗粒物数量作为过滤环节的调控指标。

【Abstract】 The full-scale experiments were carried out to investigate the suitability of particle counting method for the operation of sand filter in two kinds of raw water in a water treatment plant in Shanghai.The results showed: particle counting is suitable to monitor and manage the filter with low-organic-content and good filtration properties raw water;as to the high-content-organic raw water with bad filtrating properties,the particle numbers before and after filtrating fluctuates during a working cycle varied greatly and difficult to reflect the operation condition of filter.As a result,the particle counting method is not suitable to be employed as a filter managing parameter if there is no effective pre-oxidation.
