【摘要】 分析健康建筑与绿色建筑、可持续建筑内涵异同,从工程属性、自然属性、经济属性和社会属性四方面界定公共建筑健康内涵;在此基础上,确定43个影响公共建筑健康管理的因子,并选取广西的公共建筑为研究对象,用问卷调查的方式获取统计数据,用主成份分析方法提取关键影响因子;指出影响广西公共建筑健康管理的五大要因,据此提出相应的完善对策,为推动公共建筑健康管理提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The differences of healthy buildings,green buildings and sustainable buildings are verified firstly.The definition of public building health is identified from engineering,natural,economic and social attributes.Forty-three factors influencing health management of public buildings are summarized based on it.With the investigations in public buildings in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and related statistical data obtained by questionnaires,key influencing factors are drawn out with principal component analysis method.It is pointed out that the main factors influencing health management of public buildings in Guangxi.Accordingly,some related countermeasures are presented,which may be references for the promotion of health management of public buildings.更多还原
