建筑业纵横向发展与效益关系实证研究
Empirical Research on the Construction Vertical & Horizontal Expansion and Their Benefit Relationship
【摘要】 通过中国建筑业上市公司2002~2009年的财务数据,并结合建筑业组织方式特点分析了中国建筑业虽然难以实现横向扩张中的规模优势,但却易于从纵向事业组织中获利。同时数据表明建筑业盈利能力具有地域性特点。
【Abstract】 By the financial data of listed construction companies in China’s from 2002 to 2009,combined with the construction industry organization characteristics,finds the phenomenon that the Chinese construction industry gets more benefit and scale advantage from vertical organization mode than horizontal expansion.The data show that the construction industry profitability is regional.
