基于饱和面干骨料的粉煤灰混凝土配合比设计与性能研究

【摘要】 通过试验研究不同掺量粉煤灰混凝土的配合比设计及其性能的变化规律,主要包括粉煤灰替代量变化对混凝土初终凝时间、早期开裂和强度的影响,证实随着粉煤灰掺量增加,粉煤灰混凝土初终凝时间延长,早期抗裂性提高。粉煤灰掺量增加对混凝土早期强度降低较多,但后期强度提高幅度相对较大。基于饱和面干骨料配制的大掺量粉煤灰混凝土在56d时可基本达到设计强度。

【Abstract】 The mix design of fly-ash concrete and the effect of fly-ash content on the setting time,early-age cracking,strength of the concrete are studied in this paper.Through experiment,it can be concluded that the setting time of the fly-ash concrete was delayed and the early-age cracking performance is improved with volume of fly-ash increasing.But the early strength at 3 days and 7days decreased greatly and the later strength increased obviously.The strength of high volume fly-ash concrete at 56 days can meet the designed requirements based on saturated surface-dry aggregate mix design.
