【摘要】 针对高校新馆藏阅借开放服务模式下乱架突出的问题进行研究,剖析了社科书库乱架成因。提出了加强图书馆书库硬件现代化建设;积极开展RFID智能图书馆管理系统建设;建立综合密集书库;加强图书馆管理模式的改进;开展外包服务管理模式;提升图书馆管理水平;加强和引导新读者;有计划地培养勤工助学的学生参加图书馆的管理等8条治理乱架的对策。实践证明,有针对性地治理乱架现象,能大幅度提升读者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the prominent disorder problems of the social science stacks under the new library opening service mode in university,the paper analyzed the causes and proposed eight countermeasures,including,strengthening the library book stacks hardware modernization,positively carrying out the RFID intelligent library management system construction,establishing synthesis crowded book stacks,strengthening the improvement of the library management pattern,conducting outsourcing service management pattern,strengthening the management level of library,strengthening and guiding the new reader,training work-study students to take part in the library management in a planned way.The practice proved that the targeted treatment can greatly enhance the reader’s satisfaction.更多还原
