【摘要】 对独立结构的沥青船液货舱入舱技术,在吊装机具上进行技术创新,应用自研的新式"双机联吊"多点吊装工艺方法,研制出一种组合式罐体吊装装置,应用300"tT"形结构力分配梁配合两台225t龙门吊,顺利完成了6000t沥青船大型独立罐体的双机抬吊施工任务,形成了以低起重量设备吊装大型货物的关键技术,取得了低成本、高效率完成起重作业的效果,是船舶内胆有特色的吊装施工工艺和操作方法,大型罐体整体安装技术得到创新,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper makes the technological innovation on hoisting tool of large independent liquid cargo hold of asphalt carrier by using double-hoisting multipoint lifting technology.The author developed a combined lifting device,and used 300t T-structure force distribution beam cooperating with two 225t gantry cranes,and successfully complete the hoisting for large independent hold of the 6000t asphalt carrier.And the technology of hoisting large cargo by using low weight device was formed and the low cost and high efficiency are realized.The technology is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
