【摘要】 随着人类社会文明程度的提高,关于动物保护及福利问题逐渐受到社会高度关注,尤其在有些高校以纳入到课堂。本文以动物与人之间在智力方面极小的差异性为出切入点,提出了动物保护及福利问题,分析了不同国家和社会背景下的大学教材中对动物保护及福利的定义,强调了身体状态、精神状态和"天性"三项主要内容,最后对影响动物福利问题的思想观念、文化习俗和动物福利认识偏差等因素进行了探讨,以期为高校教师和大学生正确认识动物保护及福利问题提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With civilization degree of human society rise,the issues about animal protection and welfare are highly concerned by society;especially it has been brought into some universities.Starting from the tiny difference between animals and humans in intelligence,this paper puts forward the animal protection and welfare,discusses the definition of animal protection and welfare of the different countries in the different social context,emphasizes three main contents such as the body state and mental status and "nature".At last,it discusses the thought idea,the cultural customs and awareness deviation of animal welfare,hoping for providing reference for college students and teachers.更多还原
