【Abstract】 It is necessary for the construction of powerful country of higher education to foster and enhance the core competitiveness of colleges and universities.Promoting competition among colleges and universities,forming a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism and establishing an effective incentive mechanism is the intrinsic appeal to achieve the shift from big country of higher education to powerful country of higher education.The focus of strengthening the core competitiveness of the institutions of higher learning is to establish the scientific and diversified evaluation criteria which takes "core competencies of colleges and universities" as the essential features and can measure different types of colleges and universities.更多还原
