【Abstract】 Based on the two lightning accidents analysis,it is found that the lightning always occurred near transmission line and soil whose resistivity distortion,the causes were discussed in the paper.At the same time the cause and damage of step voltage caused by a lightening current was discussed.And why a lightning accident will cause some people lost their lives and the other people have no problem was discussed,too.Finally,the safe distance of lightning was quantitative analysis based on the typical value of lightning.更多还原
