带栅板的新型管道散热性能数值仿真

【摘要】 为提高管道的散热面积,本文提出了一种带栅板的散热管道,采用有限元软件ANSYS开展了该新型管道的稳态传热仿真分析,详细阐述了ANSYS建模过程、加载与求解,给出带栅板的管道温度和应力的分布,为栅板的最佳直径的选取及管道瞬态传热分析奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 To improve the heat dissipation area of pipeline,heat pipe with grid plate was proposed,and simulation analysis of steady heat transfer of this new pipeline was carried out by using finite element software ANSYS.The ANSYS modeling process,loading and solving were expounds detailedly,and temperature and stress distribution of pipeline with grid plate were presented to lay the foundation for the selection of optimum diameter of grid plate and the transient thermal analysis of pipeline.
