【Abstract】 The development of western travel agency industry is facing many opportunities,such as,improving the external environment,enhancing the overall professional quality,expanding the traveling market,and so on,and also is facing many challenges,like,backward idea,the deficient talent,backward information method,loose organization management.Through analyzing the factors that restrict the development of western travel agency industry,the paper points out that the western travel agency should construct the new join management system,innovate the employing mechanism,promote traveling electronic commerce,and set up brand consciousness to obtain the healthy development.更多还原
