【摘要】 在企业技术创新过程中,调整人力资源战略,使其很好地适应技术创新的需要。国内理论界缺乏针对技术创新和人力资源战略匹配关系的研究。从实证的角度,对企业在技术创新中所做人力资源战略的调整进行分析,证实了在企业技术创新过程中,能否有效调整人力资源战略,使其与技术创新相匹配,这将在很大程度上决定企业能否获得技术创新的收益。在此基础上,提出适应技术创新的人力资源组合战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is very important for an enterprise to modify the HR strategy to coordinate with the implementation of technology changes.However,few theorists have paid attention to the coordination between HR strategy and technology changes.From a practical perspective,the author makes a thorough analysis of the coordination strategy between technology and human-resource according to Yu-Lun textile company’s experience.And the author comes to a conclusion:That how the HR strategy can be modified and coordinate with technology changes determines how much the enterprise can get the pay-offs resulted from technology changes.At last,the author presents a series of strategies of HR that can best coordinate with technology changes.更多还原
