超高韧性水泥基复合材料与既有混凝土黏结性能

【摘要】 通过共256块超高韧性水泥基复合材料(UHTCC)与既有混凝土黏结而成的立方体试件的劈拉和剪切试验,研究了既有混凝土黏结面粗糙度、抗压强度、黏结面干湿状态以及UHTCC浇筑方位等因素对该2种材料黏结劈拉强度、黏结剪切强度的影响.研究表明:在相同浇筑条件下,各种因素对UHTCC与既有混凝土黏结劈拉强度和黏结剪切强度的影响趋势基本一致;黏结强度(黏结劈拉强度、黏结剪切强度)随既有混凝土黏结面粗糙度以及抗压强度的增大而升高;黏结面为湿饱和状态的黏结试件黏结强度高于黏结面为干燥状态的黏结试件;水平向黏结面浇筑试件的黏结强度高于竖直向黏结面浇筑试件.

【Abstract】 Splitting tensile and shearing tests were carried out on a total of 256 cubic bonding specimens to study the bonding behavior between ultra high toughness cementitious composites(UHTCC) and existing concrete.Some factors including the interface roughness,compressive strength,interface moisture states of existing concrete and UHTCC pouring position were investigated.It can be concluded that in the same casting conditions,the effect of the above various factors on splitting tensile strength of the bonding specimens are similar to that on shearing strength.With the interface roughness and compressive strength of existing concrete increasing,the bonding strength(splitting tensile strength and shearing strength) increases correspondingly.The bonding strengths of the specimens with saturated interface are higher than those with drying interface.And the bonding strengths of the specimens that are made by pouring UHTCC on the horizontal concrete interface are higher than that of UHTCC pouring on the vertical concrete interface.
