【摘要】 目的研究载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因多态性与氟伐他汀降脂疗效的关系。方法运用等位基因特异性多重PCR技术,对93例采用氟伐他汀治疗的高脂血症患者ApoE基因进行分型,分析基因型与血脂水平及氟伐他汀降脂疗效的关系。结果不同ApoE基因型总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)差异有统计学意义(ε4/3>ε3/3>ε3/2,P<0.05);氟伐他汀治疗12周后(20 mg/d),ε3/2基因型个体较ε3/3基因型个体TC、LDL-C水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ApoE基因多态性与氟伐他汀降低TC、LDL-C的疗效相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship of apolipoprotein E(ApoE)gene polymorphism with the lipid-lowering effect of fluvastatin.Methods The multi-AMRS PCR method was used to detect the ApoE gene polymorphism in 93 hyperlipemia patients treated with fluvastatin.The relation of ApoE gene polymorphism with the lipid levels and the lipid-lowering effect of fluvastatin was analyzed.Results The TC and LDL-C levels in different genotype subgroups had statistical differences(ε4/3>ε3/3>ε3/2,P<0.05);After 12-week treatment with fluvastatin 20 mg/d,the cases with ε3/2 genotype had a significantly greater reduction in TC and LDL-C levels compared to those with ε3/3 genotype(P<0.05).Conclusion The ApoE polymorphism is associated with lowering TC and LDL-C levels by fluvastatin treatment.更多还原
