【摘要】 当前,我国高等教育事业正处于难得的良好发展时期,但同时也面临严峻挑战,突出表现在四个方面,高考录取率逐年提高与高考人数逐年递减的趋势,对高等学校提高考生"报考率"形成严峻挑战;高等教育规模持续快速增长与生均的各项教学资源逐年下降,对高等学校提高学生"满意率"形成严峻挑战;人才市场竞争日趋激烈与高校毕业生逐年增加,对高等学校提高毕业生"就业率"形成严峻挑战;我国转变经济发展方式对人才、智力支持的期望与高校服务能力有限,对高等学校提高"贡献率"形成严峻挑战。因此,地方高等学校必须明确办学定位,走特色发展之路;加强制度建设,走内涵发展之路;改进育人模式,走质量发展之路;推进协同创新,走共赢发展之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently,the development of higher education in China is in its utmost favorable stage,at the same time,there are also some rigorous challenges,and the striking characteristics are as follows:the trend of the annual increase of enrollment rate with the annual decrease of the quantity of college entrance examination has brought rigorous challenges to the rate of registering for examination ;the trend of the continuous rapid increase of the scale of higher education with the annual decrease of average teaching resources of the student has brought rigorous challenges to the improvement satisfaction proportion of the students ;the trend of the intensified competition of personnel market with the annual increase of graduates has brought rigorous challenges to improve the rate of employment of graduates ;the contradiction between the higher anticipation on the support of talents and intelligent with the transformation of economic development route and the relative limitation of the service of university has brought rigorous challenges to the enhancement of contribution rate of universities.Therefore,local universities should clarify the orientation of school running to take the characteristics-oriented route of development ;improve the construction of system to take the connotation-oriented route of development,optimize the model of people cultivation to take the quality-oriented route of development ;promote the collaborative innovation to take the mutual-win-oriented route of development.更多还原
