【摘要】 目的比较多种方法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法将143例217膝KOA患者随机分为三组,对照组(A组)43例68膝仅给予膝关节玻璃酸钠(SH)治疗,治疗组(B组)50例76膝予SH联合超短波治疗,治疗组(C组)50例73膝行SH联合超声波导入双氯芬酸钠治疗,治疗前、治疗后1周及6月后分别采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分对患者进行膝关节功能评分。结果三组患者关节疼痛程度较治疗前明显改善,临床疗效治疗后1周治疗组(B、C)Lysholm评分显著优于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组在治疗后6月疗效优于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无论单纯使用SH或SH联合超短波治疗、SH联合超声波导入双氯芬酸治疗KOA早期均能改善KOA患者的膝关节功能,治疗后6月SH联合超声波导入双氯芬酸治疗能更好地促进患膝关节功能的康复,超声波导入双氯芬酸治疗KOA优于单纯SH注射治疗的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of several therapies on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 217 knees of 143 patients with KOA were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A(n=43 knees of 68 patients),group B(n=76 knees of 50 patinets) and group C(n=73 knees of 50 cases);patients in group A and group B received injection of sodium hyaluronate(SH) to the knee joints while ultrashort wave therapy was added to patients in group B;injection of SH combined with ultrasonic wave delivery of diclofenac sodiumthe were applied to patients in group C;Lysholm score was used in testing the knee joint function of all the patients in the 3 groups,before treatment,1 week after treatment and 6 months after treatment respectively.Result The knee joint pain of the patients in the 3 groups was all reduced obviously;Lysholm scores of patients in group B and group C 1 week after treatment were superior to that of patients in group A,the statistical different was significant(P<0.05) while the curative effect of the patients in group C 6 months after treatment was superior to that in group A with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Injection of SH only,or injection of SH combined with ultrashort wave,or injection of SH combined with ultrasonic wave delivery of diclofenac sodium are all of certain effect on the improvement of knee joint function of the patients with KOA shortly after treatment while injection of SH combined with ultrasonic wave delivery of diclofenac sodium shows out a better effect 6 months after treatment.更多还原
